Byron Bratt

There is no other explanation of why I go through this process of mezzotint engraving. My images are visual poetry expressed through myth, symbolism, and memories of life experiences. I trust the works I have chosen are pleasing at first glance. I invite the viewer to look beyond the surface image to the metamorphic meanings. The interpretations are as varied as the viewers.
