A young woman with extraordinarily long dark hair holds a delicately patterned pink teacup filled with green tea, while absentmindedly twisting a strand of hair around her fingers. A red camellia flower decorates her hair, and her closed eyes, rosy cheeks, and faint smile give her an expression that is both serene and mischievous.

The figure's elongated neck, stylized features, and graceful hands recall traditional Japanese woodblock portraits, while the softly textured green background introduces an intricate pattern of overlapping botanical forms. Hiratsuka balances the delicate colors of the woman's face and clothing with the stronger contrasts of her dark hair and the bright red flower.
